CEDRU – The Centre of Excellence for Human Resources Development
is a non-governmental, non-profit, independent, public association. It is founded for unlimited period of time and it is located in Craiova, Dolj county, Romania.

The members of CEDRU – CENTRUL DE EXCELENTA PENTRU DEZVOLTAREA RESURSELOR UMANE ( THE CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE FOR HUMAN RESOURCES DEVELOPMENT ) are associated in order to resurect and to valorize creatively the national traditions and the orthodox christian spirit, in order to consolidate the Romanians` national conscience and to promote a Romanian positive example in Europe.

CEDRU - Centrul de Excelenta pentru Dezvoltarea Resurselor Umane (The Centre of Excellence for Human Resources Development) has an attractive portofolio of programs and projects, promoting a large range activities ( publicistic, editorial, civics, cultural, educational - training, consultance, tehnical assistance - social and humanitarian )
The most consistent component of CEDRU, as action sphere, is education.

CEDRU programs and educational expertise is conceived for students, teachers, parents, adults from different social categories.

CEDRU tries to promote educational models implemented nowadays in Romania and many other European countries. This way it contributes to the development of curent practices regarding the educational reform.

The Centre of Ecellence for Human Resources Development is an institution of training, consultance and educational services. Initially, the centre developed as a part of "The Buider Word" Foundation s-a dezvoltat in cadrul Fundatiei “Cuvantul care zideste”. Nowadays, CEDRU is an association legally founded.

OUR activities

-- Some of the activities that we do:

• consultanta si consiliere persoanelor fizice, sectorului ONG, sectorului institutiilor publice si mediului de afaceri, în domeniul managementului de proiect;
• activitãti civice (scoli de varã, tabere pentru tineret, actiuni de ecologizare, campanii de informare etc);
• manifestãri culturale (simpozioane, colocvii, conferinte, cenacluri) interne si internationale;
